Speak Up

Speak Up is an interactive online workbook. This workbook uses five steps to help you reflect on and record your future health care wishes. The Speak Up website also has numerous resources on Advance Care Planning.

The video No Thanks, We're Fine: Supporting Families Living with Dementia features caregivers of people with dementia sharing stories and supporting each other through the journey of dementia. Developed by Champlain Community Access Centre, the Alzheimer Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County and the Champlain Dementia Network.
