Who We Are: 

The Member Experience and Marketing group is a newly formed division of CFMWS, We are a team of marketers, communicators, digital experience specialists, customer service providers, creative designers and translators who are focused on creating the ideal member experience. Our team manages all facets of communications, including internal and corporate communications, marketing, membership services, and stakeholder relations. We are also leading the member experience strategy and member-centric digital transformation program for CFMWS. As trusted and highly valued professionals within the organization, the team provides support to CFMWS’ divisions and local business units on Canadian Armed Forces Bases/Wings across Canada and abroad. 


Why What We Do Matters: 

We plan, manage, develop and execute corporate communications plans for projects and initiatives, from needs assessment, planning, and content development to distribution. We create and implement corporate communications policies and materials that reflect the organization’s strategic objectives and brand expression. They develop engaging public-facing corporate communications collateral, including but not limited to publications, promotional items, fact sheets, and advertisements, key messages, speaking remarks, web content and presentations.
