Purchasing Goods

Contract for goods is not mandatory. Contracting Authorities (CA) must conduct a competitive process and be able to demonstrate minimum three quotes were obtained. Substantiating documentation must be kept in a contracting file. For tangible goods, AFN 105 CER rules must be followed. 

Although not mandatory, if a CA wishes to sign a contract for goods with a supplier, a template is available.
