Emergency Travel

Is it after hours, a week end or holiday and you are stranded or need urgent* travel assistance?

AMEXGBT’s Emergency Travel Services/After Hours Service is available for you. This service may be used for URGENT* business travel requirements only.

*URGENT is defined as unplanned business travel that must be initiated during silent hours or for travellers stranded enroute. Callers who do not meet these criteria are advised to contact CFMWS Travel Services during working hours (Monday-Friday, 0800-1600EST).

It Is Urgent, What Do I Do?

  • Business traveller is to contact AMEX’s Emergency Travel Service (number listed above)
  • Caller is to identify themselves as a CFMWS employee
  • Traveller is to provide their AMEX Record Locator (top left of invoice titled “Invoice Booking Reference)
  • Charges and service fees for the emergency travel will be charged to your GL
