Air Force Beach Campground

Come join us at Air Force Beach Campground for a beautiful, safe, and fun camping experience!

The primary function of the Air Force Beach Campground and Air Force Beach is to provide a camping/beach area for authorized personnel and their family members and guests.

Campground

Air Force Beach Campground is an ocean side campground, just a few minutes from 19 Wing Comox front gate.

The campground includes 83 campsites with power and water hookups and 28 sites including sewer connection. The campground office has a concession stand and the campground contains washroom, shower and laundry facilities. The facility operates from mid-March to mid-October with limited winter camping November - February.

Cabins

Air Force Beach Campground offers three Harvest Cedar Cabins available for rental to authorized users year round. Each cabin contains two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen and living-room; each cozy little unit is fully equipped with your living basics and a million dollar view of the ocean.

The cabins have two bedrooms - one bedroom with a queen size bed, the other with a bunk bed (single upper bunk and futon lower bunk).  The futon in the living-room also opens into a double bed.

A TV and DVD player is available in each unit; please bring your own DVDs to play as there is no cable!  All three cabins are fully equipped including a fridge, stove and microwave.  Pans, cutlery, and general kitchenware are provided.

All rooms are maintained yearly and serviced regularly, so that you can just relax and enjoy your vacation. Please note: all cabins are smoke-free.

In an effort to keep prices down, linen (towels, sheets, pillow cases and blankets) is not included.  Bedding is available for your cabin stay at a nominal fee.
