Shawn Duffy

Major Shawn Duffy has been an athlete in the CAF Sports program for over 37 years. He has shown versatility through playing six different sports throughout his career in the CAF, not to mention being able to master every playing position in hockey. He has also taken on leadership roles throughout his tenure as an official and a coach. His consistency over the years has provided him the opportunity to compete in over 55 Regional Championships, 15 National Championships, and that is without mentioning the additional missed events due to operational priorities. Major Duffy has found sport to maintain physical fitness, operational readiness, and a work-life balance that he continues to influence on his peers around him.
