Benchmarks and distances

The golf course consists of:

• 4 Par-3 holes 3 (4, 8, 11 and 15)
• 10 Par-4 (2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 13, 16 and 18)
• 4 Par-5 (1, 7, 14 and 17)
• Over 40 sand traps and
• Several water obstacles

Distances are measured from a cement slab in the area to the center of the green.

In fairway zones, distances are indicated with the following markers:

• Blue marker: 200 yards 
• White marker: 150 yards
• Red marker: 100 yards
• Yellow marker: 50 yards

Flag color indicates its position on the green:

• Blue flag: rear
• Yellow flag: center
• Red flag: front

Detailed Description:

Hole #1: Par-5, 481-yards, 15 Handicap 

You drive from an elevated tee area. It's a Par-5 requiring precise shots because of its narrow fairway. Beware of going off limits on the left and of water obstacles on each side. The fairway is slightly ascending for the second shot.  Long hitters can hope to hit the green in 2; they are well-protected by 3 sand traps. Sloping runs from rear to front. 

Hole #2: Par-4, 343-yards, 13 Handicap

This Par-4 hole is relatively short. Sacrificing distance off your tee will increase precision. The fairway is narrow and bordered by obstacles. Favor an approach shot from the left center of the fairway to avoid the water obstacle protecting the right side of the green. The green slants from left to right.

Hole #3: Par-4, 362-yards, 3 Handicap

Rate as one of the most difficult holes on the course, this Par-4 is especially challenging due to the considerably upslope from teeing area to the green. All of your shots will need to be precise, because a forest borders the full length of the fairway. The approach shot requires precision and strength. The capricious green has a steep slant from left to right.

Hole #4: Par-3, 187-yards, 5 Handicap 

The tee area's multi-levels are very elevated in relation to the green. Wind needs to be considered for club choice. Green is well-protected by two sand traps, one in front and one in back. The small, relatively flat green is slightly slanted from left to right.

Hole #5: Par-4, 406 yards, 7 Handicap

The difficulty of this Par-4 resides in tee shot alignment. The tee area's downhill, invisible fairway is greatly slanted from right to left. The approach shot is made complicated by a narrow entrance to the green and by ripples in the fairway. Well protected by its sand traps, the hard to read green, slants from back to front. 

Hole #6: Par-4, 372 yards, 11 Handicap 

This Par-4 does not present any difficulties. Favor the center left of the fairway for the approach shot. The green is well-protected and quite capricious. It slants from back to front.

Hole #7: Par-5, 464 yards, 17 Handicap 

This Par-4 is quite easy but has an off-limit protecting the path to the right that needs to be avoided at all costs. For your second shot, aim directly above the transverse trap on the fairway's right side. With your approach shot you will face a narrow, well-protected green. It is steeply slanted from back to front.

Hole #8: Par-3, 150 yards, 9 Handicap

The difficulty of this Par-3 is the off-limit bordering the path along the full length of the hole to its right. Wind and flag stick position need to be considered in club choice The green slightly slants towards the back.

Hole #9: Par-4, 394 yards, 1 Handicap 

The tee shot is very difficult on this Par-4. The forest bordering the fairway on each side, and river running through it 80 yards from the green, require some planning for each of your shots. The green is protected by 2 large sand traps and slants back to front.

Hole #10: Par-4, 352 yards, 12 Handicap 

This hole is a Par-4 requiring precision. There is an off-limit to the left and a forest to the right. A short iron should be plenty for your second shot. The green slants left to right and is well-protected by 3 sand traps.

Hole #11: Par-3, 162 yards, 18 Handicap

Note how this Par-3, which is the easiest hole on the course, still requires precision on your part. The green, surrounded by sand traps, is rippled and slanted from left to right.

Hole #12: Par-4, 343 yards, 14 Handicap 

This Par-4 is ascending up to the green. From the blue markers, the water obstacle on the right doesn't come into play for a long hitter. However, it comes into play from the white markers and at the women's tee-off. The approach shot is longer than expected towards a difficult green particularly if you reach the back of the green. The green slants both from left to right and back to front. It is protected by 2 sand traps, one on left and one in back.

Hole #13: Par-4, 400 yards, 2 Handicap

You drive from an elevated tee area on this Par-4 which slopes down to the green. The fairway is greatly inclined from right to left. The approach shot requires much precision since the entrance to the green is very narrow and is protected by 2 sand traps. The green slants left to right.  

Hole #14: Par-5, 478 yards, 10 Handicap 

This Par-5 hole, ascending to the green, favors the long hitter. The second shot requires precision since the fairway greatly inclines from left to right between the 150- and 100-yard markers. A forest with large trees protects the green rendering very difficult the approach shot from the fairway's right side. The green protected by a sand trap on the left is very slanted from rear to front.

Hole #15: Par-3, 158 yards, 4 Handicap 

Strength and precision with the irons are required on this Par-3. The very small green is invisible from the tee area, its slants slightly left to right and front.  

Hole #16: Par-4, 385 yards, 8 Handicap 

The drive line with a left to right hook is perfect on this Par-4. The fairway is sloping and well-protected by a forest on each side. In addition, both the fairway and green are invisible from the tee area. The approach shot is made with a short iron requiring a good distance control and certain precision. The green is rippled on its right and slanted from front to rear. It is well-protected by two sand traps. 

Hole #17: Par-5, 526 yards, 16 Handicap 

This Par-5 with its elevated tee area offers a magnificent view on the surrounding nature. Because the second shot does not present any difficulty, the long hitter can expect to reach the green in 2. The approach shot requires a lot of precision and a good distance control. Some mounds and sand traps protect the green that slants from its center towards the front and back.

Hole #18: Par-4, 375 yards, 6 Handicap 

Drive must be powerful and precise, because the river that runs though it is in play. The drive is made with a medium iron towards an elevated green. The green is well-protected by an off-limit to the left and two sand traps, one on right and the other on left. The green is relatively flat.
