It is important that you remain vigilant and help to identify potential financial fraud of Non-Public Property (NPP) goods, programs or funds when suspected or witnessed.

How to report financial fraud

If you see or suspect financial fraud please flag it to the CFMWS Compliance & Assurance through:

If you choose email or tip line, please provide the details surrounding the suspected or witnessed incident, including:

• the identity of the person, company, or organization purported to have been involved;
• a description of the alleged incident;
• what NPP entity, funds or program is affected;
• any relevant contract numbers; date(s) of alleged wrongdoing(s);
• how you were made aware of the incident;
• the identity of any potential witnesses;
• the location and availability of supporting evidence and/or documentation.

Confidentiality

All reports are treated confidentially.

Senders' names, emails and details provided will not be shared with anyone other than those monitoring the email hotline.

If you prefer anonymity, rather than sending from your work or personal email, you can create an anonymous email account from which to send the email.
